We are prepared for a full in-person vaccine required event, along with virus mitigation strategies. However, through of 14-hour conference CME package, you can choose not only to attend in-person, but also through fully remote livestream option, or watch the recorded sessions online through December 31st.

COVID-19 Vaccinations are required for all attendees including guests ages 12 and older.  Due to elevated levels of the Delta variant, we will also be implementing  virus mitigation strategies.
